The family run business based in London and with offices in Blackpool has undertaken a range of varied projects on behalf of local authorities, housing associations, architectural practices, developers and private home owners. Our qualified surveyors can inspect sites, report findings and provide estimates for any remedial work. These surveyors are backed by a team of operatives fully trained in the trade disciplines and treatment of sites utilising products which comply with COSHH regulations and we use the most environmentally friendly treatments available. The Organisation operates a Quality Management System that has gained BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000 certification, including aspects specific to the installation of chemical damp-proof courses.

In addition to our compliance with ISO 9001, Ward Damp-proofing are also Constructionline listed, members of the British Structural Waterproofing Association and BWPDA (PCA), Causeway directory listed (certificate no. 184882), Exor listed for approval to housing associations and local authorities, and CHAS accredited.
